My name is Chris Jarrett and I have an extensive background in landscaping and parks & garden maintenance. As a trained landscape designer my passion is creating & maintaining beautiful spaces. My time caring for larger properties has taught me the importance of taking a long term approach & working with nature and the seasons. Each property is unique and has its own set of challenges and opportunities.

All too often, taking a suburban approach to a countryside property leds to suboptimal results and wasted resources. Planting a quick growing hedge in a city garden is often worthwhile, but at scale in the country it can be an unnecessary drain on labour. Likewise the overuse of sensitive plants away from a sheltered urban environment will lead to unnecessary interventions.

My team and I take a sensitive approach to caring for the landscape and the resources that requires. Wherever practicable we employ natural or naturalistic systems and use the minimum chemical & mechanical inputs to achieve the desired outcome. We provide maintenance records identifying the tasks carried out for each maintenance period.
